“सबसे पहले, अगर आपको high pay job  चाहिए, तो आपके पास जो skills हैं, उन्हें polish  करना बहुत जरूरी है। ITI की पढ़ाई के दौरान जो technical skills आप सीखते हैं, उन्हें effective तरह से अपने resume  में दिखाना बहुत  जरूरी है। कई बार ऐसे candidates भी होते हैं, जिनके पास बेहतरीन skills होती हैं, लेकिन उनका resume  इतना strong और effective  नहीं होता, जिस वजह से  वो अपनी full potential को market में नहीं दिखा पाते।”

Skill 1 – Technical Proficiency

“दूसरी skill है Troubleshooting और Problem-Solving…….दोस्तों  आजकल industry में हर चीज़ digital हो गई है, जिस वजह से आज हर काम machines की help से ही किया जाने लगा है और इसलिए machine में कभी न कभी faults आते ही हैं। ITI के students में  यह skill होनी चाहिए कि वो किसी भी machine या equipment  में जो भी problem आए, उसे जल्दी और timely solve  कर सकें। यह skill आपको हर industry में काम आएगी, फिर चाहें आप mechanical engineer हों, electrician हों या computer technician ।”
