सबसे पहले – Interview को समझिए

सबसे पहले एक बात clear कर लेते हैं— Interview सिर्फ सवाल-जवाब का खेल नहीं होता।Interview एक complete personality test होता है, जहाँ interviewer ये देखता है:

• आप बोलते कैसे हैं
• आपका confidence level कैसा है
• आपका attitude कैसा है
• आप खुद को कैसे present करते हैं

यहाँ सिर्फ technical knowledge ही नहीं, बल्कि:

• body language
• communication
• behavior
• confidence

सब कुछ देखा जाता है। Knowledge ज़रूरी है, लेकिन knowledge को सही तरीके से present करना उससे भी ज़्यादा ज़रूरी है।

इसलिए interview को डरने की चीज़ मत समझिए। इसे अपने skills और talent को दिखाने का golden chance मानिए।

Pre-Interview Preparation (Selection की सबसे बड़ी चाबी)

अब बात करते हैं उस तैयारी की, जो आपकी selection की possibility को कई गुना बढ़ा देती है।

1️⃣ Company Research – अपने Future Workplace को जानिए

जब interviewer देखता है कि candidate को कंपनी के बारे में जानकारी है, तो उसे लगता है: “Yes, this candidate is serious!” इसलिए interview से पहले ये ज़रूर जान लें:

• कंपनी क्या काम करती है
• उसके products या services
• company culture
• recent projects
• और सबसे important सवाल: “Why do you want to join us?” इस सवाल का जवाब पहले से तैयार रखें।

2️⃣ Resume और Documents – First Impression Strong बनाइए

आपका resume आपका पहला impression होता है। इसलिए ध्यान रखें:

• Resume short, clean और updated हो
• सभी documents एक professional file में properly arranged हों
• Certificates, ID proof, marksheets ready हों

याद रखिए— Presentation भी आपकी personality का हिस्सा होती है।

3️⃣ Look Professional – Confidence Automatically आएगा

आपका look आपके confidence को direct affect करता है।
अगर आप male हैं:

• Light color formal shirt
• Formal pant
• Clean और polished shoes

अगर आप female हैं:

• Decent formal dress या salwar suit
• Clean और tidy appearance

Hair, nails, grooming जैसी छोटी-छोटी चीज़ें भी interviewer notice करता है।
