अक्सर ITI की दुनिया में एक बहस छिड़ी रहती है कि कौन बेहतर है—NCVT या SCVT? कई students बिना पूरी जानकारी के ही ये मान लेते हैं कि NCVT superior है और SCVT के पास opportunities कम हैं। लेकिन सच ये है कि ये दोनों एक ही सिक्के के दो पहलू हैं। फर्क सिर्फ इनके scope और purpose का है।

जहाँ NCVT आपको national level पर पहचान दिलाता है, वहीं SCVT को खास तौर पर राज्य की local industries की जरूरतों को ध्यान में रखकर बनाया गया है। कई बार SCVT का syllabus इतना specific और practical होता है कि students को local कंपनियों में जल्दी job मिल जाती है। इसलिए सही decision लेने से पहले दोनों को अच्छे से समझना जरूरी है।

NCVT और SCVT का मतलब क्या है?

NCVT का पूरा नाम है National Council for Vocational Training। यह एक national level संस्था है जो पूरे भारत में ITI training system को regulate करती है। इसका काम ITI के syllabus, exam pattern और certification को standard बनाना है, ताकि देश के किसी भी कोने में पढ़ने वाला student एक समान level की training पाए। NCVT के अंतर्गत होने वाली परीक्षा को All India Trade Test कहा जाता है, और पास होने पर National Trade Certificate मिलता है।

दूसरी ओर, SCVT यानी State Council for Vocational Training एक state level body होती है। इसका काम अपने राज्य के ITI institutes को manage करना, syllabus लागू करना और exams conduct करना होता है। SCVT का certification उसी राज्य में अधिक मान्यता रखता है और इसे स्थानीय industries की जरूरतों के अनुसार तैयार किया जाता है।

Role और Authority में क्या अंतर है?

NCVT पूरे देश के लिए syllabus तय करता है और इसका certificate national और कई cases में international level पर भी recognized होता है। अगर कोई student future में दूसरे राज्य में job करना चाहता है या central government jobs की तैयारी कर रहा है, तो NCVT certificate उसे wider opportunities देता है।

वहीं SCVT state rules के अनुसार काम करता है। इसका focus local employment और state-level industries पर ज्यादा होता है। कई राज्यों में SCVT certificate को काफी महत्व दिया जाता है, खासकर private factories, MSMEs और contractors के बीच।

NCVT किन Students के लिए Best है?

अगर आपका goal है central government jobs, PSU sector, railway, defense या all-India level opportunities, तो NCVT आपके लिए एक strong option हो सकता है। इसका certificate आपको पूरे भारत में apply करने की eligibility देता है।

साथ ही, अगर आप future में विदेश में काम करने की planning कर रहे हैं, तो NCVT certificate ज्यादा useful साबित हो सकता है। हालांकि, competition यहाँ थोड़ा ज्यादा होता है, इसलिए strong skills और regular practice जरूरी है।

SCVT – Local Jobs के लिए Game Changer

SCVT को अक्सर underestimate किया जाता है, लेकिन reality में ये कई students के लिए career booster साबित होता है। अगर आपका aim है जल्दी job पाना, अपने राज्य में settle होना और local companies में growth करना, तो SCVT एक smart choice है।

SCVT syllabus industry-oriented होता है, जिससे students practical knowledge के साथ ready होते हैं। कई states में SCVT students को apprenticeship और state PSU projects में जल्दी मौका मिल जाता है। कई बार ऐसा भी होता है कि SCVT students earning शुरू कर देते हैं, जबकि बाकी students अभी preparation कर रहे होते हैं।

Salary में क्या फर्क होता है?

सबसे common सवाल यही होता है—क्या NCVT और SCVT में salary का difference होता है? इसका साफ जवाब है—नहीं।

Salary किसी board पर depend नहीं करती, बल्कि आपकी skill, experience, performance और company profile पर depend करती है। आज दोनों backgrounds के students ₹15,000 से ₹40,000 या उससे ज्यादा भी कमा रहे हैं। Board सिर्फ entry gate है, लेकिन career growth आपकी मेहनत और learning attitude तय करता है।

SCVT को लेकर सबसे बड़ा Myth

बहुत से लोग कहते हैं कि SCVT certificate weak होता है या इससे job opportunities कम मिलती हैं। लेकिन ground reality अलग है। Local industries और factories अक्सर SCVT students को prefer करती हैं क्योंकि उन्हें local machines और work culture की पहले से training होती है।

इसलिए SCVT को कम आंकना एक बड़ी गलती हो सकती है। Career में success का असली factor है—skill, confidence और right guidance।

NCVT और SCVT दोनों ही valuable हैं। सही option आपके career goal पर depend करता है। अगर आप national mobility और central jobs चाहते हैं, तो NCVT बेहतर है। अगर आप जल्दी job और local industry में growth चाहते हैं, तो SCVT एक practical choice है।

याद रखिए—certificate important है, लेकिन skill development और smart decision उससे भी ज्यादा जरूरी है।
